Tutorial How to Setup Outlook for Non-Cache


Step 1: Go to Control Panel in Windows and Open “Mail (32-bit) or Mail”




Step 2: Once open “Mail” click the “Show Profiles” 




Step 3: Then click “Add” for create new Profile





Step 4: Fill the blank with your desire Profile name and Click OK



Step 5: Click “Manual setup or additional server types” and click Next





Step 6: Choose “Microsoft Exchange Server or compatible service” and click Next



Step 7: Fill on “Server” box with “outlook.office365.com” then untick “Use Cached Exchange Mode”. For “User Name” just put your Name if not generate by automatically.





















Step 8: Once done, click “More Settings”























Step 9: Pop Up box will appear once click “More Settings” then click “Advanced” tab. Make sure “Use Cached Exchange Mode” is untick again.

























Step 10: Click “Security” tab and tick “Always prompt for logon credentials” and choose “Logon network security” by “Anonymous Authentication”

























Step 11: Go to “Connection” tab and tick “Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP” and proceed click “Exchange Proxy Settings” box

























Step 12: Once click “Exchange Proxy Settings” pop-up box will appear and just fill all same information as in picture. Make sure tick the box same as in picture as well and then click “OK”















Step 13: Once finish then click “OK” again























Step 14: After that, click “Check Name”























Step 15: Enter your email and password detail and click OK























Step 16: After that, your detail will encrypt in server box.























Step 17: Lastly, click “Finish” to complete all.
